History

Health And Life Organization (HALO) is a Not-For-Profit organization founded in 2003 to create Community Clinic programs to address medical, social, clinical, and narcotic treatment and prevention services in the Sacramento area. HALO opened the first Sacramento Community Clinics in 2005. In 2008 the Southgate and Del Paso Community Clinic locations were designated as Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHC). HALO is dedicated to continually expand and improve available services to benefit the Sacramento community.
