      Associated Clinical Social Worker shall provide psychotherapy services to individuals and groups under the supervision and guidance of the                     Behavioral Health Director and/or designated License Clinical Social Worker. Duties includes assessing, creating treatment plan, monitoring                     patient progression and documenting progression, and processing patient referrals.

• Pay Rate: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.

       The Class A Driver is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a 45′ long Mobile Unit. The Class A Driver will be driving the MMU                           throughout the Sacramento, CA region to assist in providing health and dental services to patients. The Class A Driver will also perform basic                   clerical duties such as answering phone calls, checking patients in and out, when needed by the Mobile Unit Team.

        The Class A Driver is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a 45′ long Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). The Class A Driver will be driving the          MMU throughout the Sacramento, CA region to assist in providing health and dental services to patients.       The Dentist shall assess, create and administer general dentistry treatment plans for patients, train and work with dental assistants and clinic                  office managers to meet clinic productivity measures, and provide good patient care services.
